Everyone at each location was great!! I have written out a review concerning the entire rental from start to finish. The only exception to the five star rating is your scheduling department which I would give a negative 10, if it was possible!! Adjustments and corrections needs to addressed with the scheduling department either in it’s management personnel or the computer server which Uhaul uses. There was no reason or excuse for adding 2 hours to my drive along with the extra stress for renting a truck!!

HAYDEN KThe location was pretty cluttered and dirty. The truck was not clean so the employees had to sweep it out prior to giving it to me. The truck also did not drive smoothly. Very bumpy on the roads.
