The truck just needs some love. The windshield is cover in windshield wiper rubber. There was dry dirt all on the floor. When I got it the back of the truck was dirty was someone left over cardboard. At the end of our use we made sure to sweep out the back.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI gave it a yes because the vehicle was clean. The breaks felt a little “mushy” and a light -something about a hitch? Kept coming on. We did tell the young woman who was at the desk and she wrote it all down and was pleasant and friendly. The young man that was there when we picked the vehicle up was friendly and helpful.
terry dUnder prepared. Process took forever and also didn’t have what I rented in the truck.
Tyler SWaited 40 mins to pick up the truck. Owner did not show up and didn’t plan to show up. Luckily an employee showed up and was able to get ahold of him and take care of me.
Chad GNice smooth move from Pa. To Ga. And I even participated in the load share program, was awesome..
