Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMake sure they know to go across the street to the box cause there is no car wash sign up saying it’s even a car wash. I lost 30 minutes trying to find the key. Also I was supposed to get a dolly and I didn’t have one make sure there is somebody to get me what I need that was a real inconvenience to me not having one.
Sabrina FAll was good
BILLY WI did not get the size truck that I reserved online. I wanted a smaller truck and was told when I got there that only the 20 foot truck was available. That means I had to pay for more gas and had a lot of wasted empty space in the truck. The reservation system should not have shown the smaller trucks as available if you weren’t willing to rent them to me.
Todd Cstop being shady and keep bill accurately. Jo the area manager not trustworthy and unprofessional when dealing with businesses. Keep your word and call back to handle matters quickly before escalating up the chain.
