Employee lacking people skills. Very dry and dull. Seems she was very upset for returning the truck before deadline. I purchased 3 gallons gas before returning the truck. Drove it 40 miles that means the truck consumed 1 gallon for every 13 miles driven!!!! The clerk added to the bill $9.75 EZ Fuel Sales because she claimed the gauge was less than when I picked up the truck. I wasn't shown the final bill when turning in the truck. She emailed it later.

The rental vehicle was not available where I had booked the rental. Ended up going to 3 locations to get an available van. Not one representative from Uhaul contacted me in regard to the change in locations! The customer rep at the final pick up location was pleasant, but she had no control over the change in the arrangements.

This was my third vehicle and had to go to another location. Then I called and asked to keep the vehicle a little longer and the lady said I could have it until 10am and the guy called panicking at 9am that the vehicle was not back yet. So there was no communication.

The requirement to take a photo of my license was difficult. Even took my license in to the employee working at the counter, and he took a picture of it, and it was still rejected as blurry. Eventually succeeded but it took at least 10 minutes, or more, to accomplish. There must be a better way to do this. Other than that, no issues and everything went well.
