George HI struggled with app. I made a reservation weeks ago and it didn't show up at the vendor. With the help of Cromartie's Tobacco I was able to get it corrected before it was time to pick up the rental. Thank you.
Lachelle CThere was a slight problem at first picking up the trailer, the gentleman I dealt with seemed nice, I was not very pleased with the lady I spoke to on the phone who was asking me for 3 references prior to taking the trailer (never told me why they were needed) also the pick up location was horrible! It was a run down parking lot with lots of pot holes. There was no office or usable building. To pick up the trailer I had to call the number listed and someone would answer and come to the location. There were no supplies that I could purchase (and I needed some more boxes and shipping tape-thank goodness for Walmart).
