The staff was unaware of my mobile return of my car but was very friendly when I told her I had checked it and then she was like oh OK never mind, have a good day.

Maybe send a detailed message/email regarding the actual money owned and whether that is US dollar or Canadian. Also, don't make people go to different countries to pickup as its a major hassle.
POONAMJIT PWe discussed a rate that included 208 miles. My fault, I didn't look at the printed milage on the paper I signed. My contract only included 116 miles. Considering I was getting the truck to go to Olympia and u-haul wanted me to drop off in tacoma. Tacoma itself is 134 miles from pick up. I ended up having to pay an extra $72 for milage because I was lied to about the milage my contract was to be written to include.
MELISSA BWe never interacted with this location. The mobile pickup was awful. We spent two hours with our crying baby in the car trying to figure out why the mobile app wouldn't let us pick up. The associates we spoke to told us a bunch of different stuff. One said it was because we were late and they gave the truck away. Which was not true. We got it all figured out after a while but it was a bad experience. We will not do mobile check in ever again.
