Fuel tank was not full when I picked up the vehicle. Although I can return the vehicle with the fuel amount as same as picked up, it would be very difficult to refill the right amount as the same level. It left me no choice but overfilled in order to avoid paying high price at return desk. I guess the overfill has surpassed the penalty high oil price at the counter. The feeling of knowingly been exploited is not good, especially the oil price is sky high at pump during war with Iran Customer service is poor. Although the attitude is not rude, but harsh. When I asked if someone can accompany me to locate the vehicle, the reply is "no, you will find yourself by matching the number on the key". I asked where can I find the number, the answer is "at bottom of the vehicle". It took me a while to locate the number at the side of driver seat. Does it cost the customer service to provide a little more/correct instruction? I rather been serviced by a robot than a stern faced being.

Let me say I left my house keys in the truck and came back for them the next business day and I interrupted their daily maintenance and parking to get them with their permission of course. Not only did they say oh no problem but it was a nice exchange of pleasantries. Super recommend this place!
Marcus PThey should let you know if you pick up your truck on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday you must have it back 24 hours from the time you pick it up!!!! Or you pay an extra day’s rental even if you are one hour after the 24 hour. I assumed that it wouldn’t matter but it did. I paid an extra $60 and they couldn’t care less. I will never use U - haul ever again!
Larry FLocation is awesome, easy to navigate. Truck was clean but rough. Front bumper misaligned. Drivers door was difficult to close. Rode rough. 155K miles is a lot of miles for a moving truck and you can tell it has seen better days.
