Back of truck had no garbage visible but after removing our furniture, we realized there was a lot of sawdust on the floor of the truck that we had to then remove from our furniture. Easily missed by a quick glance but annoying to the next user. They should inspect the truck more carefully after each use.Hans S.

As a first time customer, the UHAUL renting process was a bit peculiar to me. I'm not sure why the information I was asked to fill out, could not be filled out prior to my reservation. Even though my reservation started at 10 A.M., I was asked to provide names and phone numbers of individuals that UHAUL needed to get in contact with, prior to the start of the reservation. Had I been able to give those names and numbers PRIOR to the start of the reservation, I wouldn't have spent 30 minutes in the parking lot, waiting for UHAUL to make contact with these people, on a Saturday morning, When I finally got through the vetting process, the van that I rented only had 3/8 of a tank of gas in it. Considering that the reservation was for 6 hours and UHAUL's policy was to NOT reimburse for overages of gasoline; I didn't have time to worry about running out of gas just to make sure my refill did not exceed 3/8 of a tank. Starting with a reservation, with a need to fill up the gas tank is not ideal. I would have preferred to start the reservation with a full tank and once I finished, I could have easily just filled it back up. This was not a great first experience.Eddy B.

I did realize I needed to but more gas on until I got back to the drop off and had to leave to put more in. It's probably in the details but I missed it. I would make it more prominent if you can. Otherwise it was easy to use the mobile chek in /check out.Deanna M.

I reserved the truck for 7AM using 24/7. They didn't have it ready. I had to wait until 8:00 when they opened They first told me I didn't have a reservation until I showed them my order. An hour and half after my scheduled time I was on the road. That made me extremely tight on time for what I needed the truck for. I have yet to see 24/7 actually work.Brian S.

No employees at Wit's wore masks! During a COVID this is unacceptable. Also, Uhaul lost my reservation, although that probably was Wit's fault too because I called them to change my reservation. Using Wit's was a bad experience.ROBERT T.
