The person at this location was extremely helpful as I was told on e location then the app said a different location. He sorted out everything!

Ann MIf internet is required to pick up a U-Haul after hours, and if the cell signal is very poor at your building location, you should require the building operators to have working and accessible WiFi. If I request and pay for furniture pads, give me furniture pads. This is the second time in recent history that that’s happened to me (once from this location and once from the other U-Haul rental location in Fort Bragg). I also found a bunch of trash behind the seats of my U-Haul, which I didn’t notice until after I had already confirmed it was clean in the app.
