I ordered it until 5pm and when I got there whoever took my order bumped my return time without calling or anything because they wanted to get another rental for that truck at 5pm. And when I showed them they owed me 50$. Because my reservation was reserved, that’s when I got it extended back to 5pm. Lady at the front counter was very rude and took no responsibility for her company actions, except to shift blame on someone else for doing that order. She never came out to check the truck with me, nothing like in the past to make sure the truck is correct before I take it out. Just threw the keys on the counter and said have a good day. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible staff
