To quote Jesse from the movie Dude, Where's My Car,...Dude, Where's My Car?!?! Well, it was at the U-haul center because the company I work for needed to move 240 boxes in a hurry. I called the Fort Smith location, spoke to Rose and she was able to get us set up with a 15' truck in a matter of minutes. I got to the location and she was quick to help get me on my way. The check in process was quick and easy thanks to Kenny and Rose. The whole process was easy and we will definitely be calling on them in the future. Awesome job!!

Explain contract better. It ridiculous that I didn't check in the equipment for them, they charged me 20.00 dollars. Even though they have to verify everything is correct anyways! I feel like I was robbed out of 20 dollars because I didn't do their job for them. I used to work there and we never robbed people of their money because we had to do our job. Just plan ridiculous

I have rented a van 3 times in 2 months. One of them I could not open or close the box door. I was finally able to get back in time b4 they closed and was told. it was just a little tought to pull down. They oiled it and it was still hard. I had already loaded it and unloaded it to return it and had to take the same vehicle and use it after it sat unable to use for 2.5 days. This last time. I was running late so I called the manager, Rose. who told me she would not charge me for the extra day. I rented it on a sunday so the due back time was b4 5 pm. I tried to bring it back Christmas day and wanted to check in at desk. they were closed,. it is difficult for me to return before 5, and by the time i was able to take it back and talk to them in person, It was 12 days later. I called the day before I returned it and talked to a gentleman on the phone who told me my charges would be about $200 total, maybe $220, if I brought it back the next day. The next night I took the van and filled up with gas before returning to them. I put in 3 gallons and drove to location, just 1.5 miles away. When I arrived, they put in 3 more gallons of gas and charged me $15, plus $240, after I had already paid $54 when I rented it. They said I had drove the van 34 miles. I didn't not use the tow button or drive at a high rate of speed. My loads were not excessively heavy and I drove on straight neighborhood streets, yet somehow used 6 gallons of gas. I did not sign or pay for the charges. I came back to discuss the issue with Rose. I have paid thousands of dollars in rental expenses and thousands more in storage fees with uhaul in the last 4 years, and with the charges they added in just 2 months, I would have paid approximately $800, moving 2 loads 5 blocks and using van for storage for 2 days. I am very unhappy and don't know what to do. I am 56 years old single and trying to run a non-profit, that has a very very limited budget. I think this is very poor example of how to treat a regular customer.
.are sure mileage and gas is right and teach your people how to speak with customers not to be rude and come across as they have better things to be doing this was my worst experience with uhaul
I reserved a u-haul pick up truck for a day.. I was only given 4 hours, I assumed cause they would be closed.. but no, cause they booked it for someone else. And the person Jason who checked me in was EXTREMELY rude...
it didnt have a clean smell at all and didnt have a dolley to help with the boxes i had to unload them by hand!! and was told there would be one in there!!!

The trailer I used had a short in it and caused my turn signals to not work. They shorted out. But its not the staffs fault they were excellent. The trailer was clean. Customers need to report this kinda stuff.

Had issues with all the financials on the entire transaction. Pricing is misleading and still uncertain on why I have to pay for mileage when I'm the one paying for the fuel. Felt like I was double-charge for the entire thing.
U haul know they only carry 4 prong light hook ups, but new and some older vehicles have 7 prong. So you force ppl to buy adapter equipment they will probably never need again. Are you so hard up for money you nickel and dine ppl? Also if I cant drive off with out it, you are forcing me to buy a product that you say I need because you wont update your own equipment. If I forced my staff to wear a uniform I would have covered cost or reimbursed for charges. You at uhaul are so hard up you hold ppl hostage.
