This was not first choice in pickup location. I set everything up with the hwy 26 location. At the HWY 26 location, the representative was not helpful even though I had a confirmation. I should not have even had to go to the Ft Worth location at all. The Ft Worth location helped as much as possible, but My time was not considered at all.

Worker needs to communicate to other co workers they said they wouldn't charge my card I could pay with cash once I returned equipment but had charged card before I could get in the building

The location was busy, but the customer service agents both greeted us and everyone who came in and before you know it- it was our turn and we were out the door. Great customer service, and the manager David Wiley serves and pay on the back.

they charged me for 5 days rental on the trailer when I only had it 4 days saying since I didn't bring it back at 7am it counts as 5 days I brought it back 3 hours after 7am but I didn't pick up the trailer at 7am.either I didn't leave the facility till 11am & your charging me for insurance that I did not want & did not choose on the website when I ordered it i have insurance & don't need yours

U-Haul would do well to refrain from moving ones reservation from one location to another, without notifying the customer. And whether they notify the customer or not and choose to relocate your equipment pick up the least they could do would be to make sure they forwarded all the information. Not so insignificant issues such as forgetting to have the car dolly reservation moved arbitrarily as well. This entire situation should have never happened if it weren't for the incompetence at the west division store in Arlington. Malachi at the Fort Worth location bent over backwards to accommodate us in horrible circumstance. And Malachi should not have been the one to offer compensation for our inconvenience yet he did. I beg U-Haul corporate to remedy the obvious issues at the Arlington store on West Division

I feel like I was over charged for my rental. I paid $101 before i left with 60 estimated miles, i returned the rental with having used only 44 miles but i was charged an additional $33 upon returning without any charges for gas or cleaning and it was not thoroughly explained to me.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I also appreciated the ability to return equipment after hours if necessary. I would also like to commend the gentleman who actually hooked up the trailer to my vehicle and handled its return. He was one of the most sincere, friendly, and customer focused individuals I have ever dealt with. U-Haul is fortunate to have him in their ranks.

My original reservation was for Kwik Kar on University on Friday, October 05, 2018 at 5:45 PM for 3 days. I called them at 5:30, they were closing and did not have my vehicle. They should have called me before then to let me know!!
