Roger J. | First ImpressionsIf the elevator worked all the time it would have improved my experience. I actually moved out on 4/29/23, but the elevator was broken and I couldn't move my refrigerator. Uhaul finally fixed the elevator and delivered my refrigerator on 7/24/23. I am requesting a check for the two months I've been without my appliance equal to what I paid each month for my storage unit.
