The location was great. The gentleman working was extremely helpful and professional and patient. However, the service I received from U-Haul was terrible. I never got the code I needed to get the key out of the lockbox, the app crashed when I was trying to do my return so I never got to submit anything to verify that that there was no damage, and that the fuel level was where it was supposed to be.

Very happy with the ease and professionalism provided
Errika LI rent at three from the area. Vehicles clean inside. A few minutes late but well before her next reservation. She seemed quite agitated no friendly disposition. She said she is preconceived as a Karen (not friendly to folks of color) I guess to put me on notice. It's a shame people are not understanding of uhaul needs. I am a good regular user of uhaul and returned the vehicle fully fueled.
