I left my keys in the truck after business hours and the owner brought them to me personally. This was a blessing. He went above and beyond.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWindows were dirty and the shutter door would take 2-3 attempts before shutting. The attendee for drop-off was rude demanding the vehicle be parked in a particular spot and requesting the customer to provide photos of mileage. The start time of the pickup did not adjust for 30 mins it took to check-in and get the truck. Very poor service.
Derek AI was very happy with the service.
IBRAHIMA BBetter customer service.
Sara RThis is the second time within 3 years that I have worked with them. I am very satisfied with their prompt response to set up the 10 foot truck for my local moves. The only problem I had this time was they did not provide 2 hand trucks that I asked for, but the mover helpers I hired thru them used their own dollies. O/Gaithersburg, MD
