The lady who helped us was the friendliest!!! She saw we were stressed and just seemed to calm all of us down with trying to get a rental and move our elderly father in 2 days. Best customer service ever!

Fix your app I had to do the whole return my trailer like 15 times before it accepted it
Tyler AEnvironment was like a construction site. Challenge with level of dust & dirt. had already upgrade original 10' truck to 15'... over our need. Upon arrival asked to work with dealer and take larger truck/no added charge, however, more truck, more risk of shifting of items and more gas usage. Need for the 15'truck was stated. Yet, upon our return, ahead of timeline, that truck was still exactly in same place... The truck we were given, had not been cleaned in long season...not sure if the cab had seen a vacuum in quite a while, and the level of dust/dirt was significant in the cab air, creating breathing challenge... We have been a uhaul client for years'. This was Not a Good experience, however.
MICHAEL GQuick and easy rental agreement. Thorough inspection of trailer, hookup, and lights was completed. Easy access lot.
