Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location had no on site assistance. The snow wasn’t shoveled and the instructions were incorrect. I was outside trying to locate the key which was under the seat the entire time in freezing temperatures.
Dominique GThe chat customer service representative was rude in her response and disconnected from me abruptly while I was mid sentence talking to her.
SHUNTALE SThe dolly for the truck was not on the truck, and I had to call to let them know that it wasn’t on the truck and they also tried to charge me for the dolly.
Pamela CRepresentative was accommodating and helpful with helping to familiarizing myself with the truck. Good customer service. Will use again
