The dolly for the truck was not on the truck, and I had to call to let them know that it wasn’t on the truck and they also tried to charge me for the dolly.

carmen HIll start off by saying the man running the place for UHaul was not at all the problem. He was polite. This was by far the absolute worst UHAUL Location i have ever rented a truck from. It was not a building at all. It was a camper, that had no power to it. It was dirty inside, it looked to had been ransacked and smelled of mildew and mold. I almost fell walking out of it coming down the step. Very unprofessional. And UHaul is a Nationwide Company, extremely well know. I would never in a million years have thought that they would put their name on a location like this. I didnt even feel safe giving out my personal information, let alone any credit card info. It seemed so shady. And not real almost. I just couldn't believe it. But I needed the truck to move my daughter that day and had no choice. Otherwise, I would have canceled, and not taken the truck. The only thing wrong with the truck was the rear passenger break light and right turn signal wasn't in working order.
Mary Sthe experience was horrible. the truck I rented didn't have a key, had to spend a total of 1 hour on the phone with customer service to switch trucks which put me behind in my scheduled rented time. finally rented a truck, moved, had to run back to make sure my car wasn't locked in the gate. then to get charged a whole month later for 11 extra dollars is insane for this horrible experience. worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. 0/10 would not recommend this location to a friend.
DARIUS WMy only suggestion is providing the code to access the truck keys with the receipt. It wasn't clear I needed to call the number provided to get the code; once I called, the code was not immediately ready. I had to wait 15 minutes. Overall, the process, including the app, was really good.
