The people at Michaels Service Center were very helpful. There was an issue with the rental which they had to solve. The reservation confirmation and the reciept had Gastonia as the drop off location, but when the lady at Michaels looked it up on her phone it indicated that I was suppose to drop off the truck in Rocky Mount, where we picked it up, and we should pay a fee for dropping it off at the wrong location. The people at Michaels were very patient and helpful in resolving the issue that was not fault of theirs. However the drop off took about an hour by the time the issue was resolved.
