When I went to pick up the truck, the Uhaul employer informed me that my reservation had been changed to another location, almost 15 minutes in the wrong direction. I was not notified prior to this happening. I had to pay my ride extra to take me to the second location. This made me almost am hour late getting back to the location where I needed to pack the truck, which threw the movers off their schedule. The lady at the second location was very very nice.

jennifer K.The owner of this place is absolutely rude ! This is the second time we have dealt with him and never again. We have rented pick up from this location before not needing credit card but he was rude when my husband didn't have ours on him. We have rented from U-Haul numerous times within the past 6 months . Luckily another U-Haul helped us out with our rental. I do not recommend this guy or business to anyone! Bad business and it makes U-Haul look bad.
