It was fine as it was close to me. But it is really clear that U-haul is just an afterthought for this station. I had a long wait, the pads I wanted were "Oh, we don't have those." So it works if close, but it wasn't positive.

Katherine F.Definitely want to check-in in advance to speed up the process of picking up your rental. Be very diligent on the gas level at pick-up. I took a picture before leaving the station and filled it to that level when returning and was charged for an extra 2 gallons.
