The man told us that the truck was full of gas, but was only at 3/4 full so I got charged for gas that we disnt use. Also realized when we got to our destination that it had no dilly in it and it asked for one. The encounter with the customer service was a pleasant one though.

Had wrong pickup time down for 8AM versus 4:45PM, charged for full day when rented for 4hrs.

I have rented 2 vehicles from here recently, a pickup truck and a utility van. Both had Arizona plates. We here in NY get snow this time of year. Both vehicles failed me in some snow at my recently deceased fathers house. Got stuck in relatively little snow. If you are going to have these vehicles in this state for winter time, PUT SOME SNOW TIRES ON THEM.

Well not charge so much it ia crazy you charged my chad 169 and still have yet to get the money back i would never recommend uhaul to anyone and h and h towing is a great place

We are extremely disappointed in UHaul itself. I was moving my daughter out of state and went to Hart Towing on 5&20 in Waterloo to pick up a 15 foot truck that we reserved 2 weeks prior. Uhaul never dropped off the truck. Hart towing was very kind and got ahold of Uhaul and it took them almost 2 hours to call my daughter to find a 15 foot truck. Finally, that is when we came across H & H towing. He was kind and quick and we were able to get the truck almost 2 hours later.

Danny was outstanding. I've rented dozens of times from UHaul in my life. This was, by far, the best customer service I've ever experienced. He certainly cares about the customer...a rare concept these days. I have a choice when it comes to rental companies in my area. I will go back to H&H towing every time because of Danny's attention to detail.
