The truck was not very clean and I was given an older truck with no cruise control for a 1500 mile trip. The tow dolly had a defective taillight that stopped working before I left town.

1st, it took almost 45 minutes to even get the truck when I showed up to pick it up. After finally getting the truck, I was then called by U-Haul customer service 45 minutes later asking why I hadn't picked up the truck yet (1st red flag). After dropping off the truck, I was told my total cost was $130 and I was then charged $195 TWICE :). On top of that U-Haul customer service is an absolute joke. Waiting 72 hours for a call back to get a refund is insane.
