U haul forgot to put the equipment in the back of the truck. They did refund. I had to go buy a dolly at Home Depot

Vick SDidn’t want to help. They said it wasn’t their job to help us and we need to call hail if we need help. So we had to call U-Haul and got hung up on.
Christopher PThe pick up process takes over 1 and a half to complete. Very complicated Keys are hard to get , app sucks , the length of a check in a way too much. I was double charged too for double reservation.
Elizabeth FYour app is absolutely horrible. I had location turned on for everything and it didn't work. Wasted almost 2 hours trying to pick up the truck. Most of that time spent on the phone with Uhaul people trying to figure things out.
