The driver side sun visor fell off when I attempted to adjust it. That could have created a very unsafe condition but luckily, it didn't. I ordered moving blankets but the neighborhood rental site in Gladewater, Texas did not provide them and the lock on the roll up door was not secured upon my arrival. The Uhaul app was an absolute nightmare as it took 45 minutes to do the self pickup and almost as long to complete the check in at the end of the trip. The drop off location was changed after I rented the truck which would have caused an inconvenience for me but thankfully, the customer service rep. assisted me in changing it back to the original location.
