I paid for a dollie and it was not put in the cargo trailer. I did not realize until I got home it was a huge inconvenience for my move and I was very disappointed.

The drop off was smooth and excellent.
The young lad who hitched up the trailer removed my 4-flat pigtail and replaced it with one of his own, leaving mine on the back bumper and sending me off with "you're ready to go" as he walked back inside. Had I not double checked his work I would have lost my electrical connector somewhere along the road.
Everything was short staffed inside and outside the store. I actually would appreciate some money back.
I will be using them i about 3 weeks moving to our home. The service person John was great in helping out. Only thing i see that they needed was more help up front. That what i saw. Thank you
Right taillight was not working when we got there, but John got on it and replaced it and we were on our way !!????
Manager needs customer service training to learn how to speak to customers
The people behind the counter were horrible with the exception of Joe who was friendly and helpful. Walked in and asked two people for help and one said "I don't do that", with no offer to help. The other older gentleman just grinned and ignored me. This was on pick up of a van rental for a few hours. When returning the van it was good with the same coldness and rudeness and waited about 10 minutes after the young man went out to check me in. found out he was out doing other things instead of getting me my receipt. I finally interrupted Joe who was working with another customer and seeing to be doing the only work in the place and he was able to get my receipt and apologize because it could have been done within a couple minutes. Never again will I use this location with that level of service. I hope Joe who was on oxygen, and find a more pleasant place to work.
Double check the rental contracts in the system; I ended up being double charged for my rental.

The gentleman who helped us was rude. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but this was not the customer service we have had with other UHaul locations. The person in charge of helping customers is the director of first impressions for the company, and this was far from a great first impression.
I had to wait 30 minutes to drop off my moving truck. I watched workers clean out other cars/trucks instead of checking me out. I was told "just do online checkout next time". Poor experience.
I rented a van from UHAUL for a few days and they came and picked it up without telling me they were doing so. My apartment complex called UHAUL and said the van would be towed if it was not moved because I had parked it in a handicapped spot right in front of my apartment because their weren't anymore spaces available. So that was my mistake, I should not have parked the UHAUL van in a handicapped spot. However, the manager that came to pick up the van then refused to return my belongings that were still in the van because I was not expecting the van to be returned at that day and time or I would have had it cleaned out. I had personal possessions in that van that were collectibles worth money that had been passed down to me from my grandmother after she passed away, may she rest in peace. Please direct me to where in the contract it says UHAUL is entitled to your customer's possessions if the rental is taken from the customer without the customer's knowledge in the middle of the night. Not only did this manager that picked up the van keep, donate or throw away my belongings, I don't know which he will not tell me what he did with them, he is also accusing me of having some type of illegal drug in a "little baggie" he called it that he found in the van. This accusation is completely bogus and outrageous considering I do not use illegal drugs. I am a respectable member of this community and I work for one of the largest and most well known law firms in Phoenix. Your employee can not take a vehicle from my possession and then pull out some type of bag claiming he found it in the van I rented, so he has an excuse to keep all of my very expensive possessions that I still had in the van. But wait, UHAUL wasn't finished trying to humiliate me yet, they then went on to say they were terminating their business relationship with me, who timely pays rent for not one but two storage units there, who has rented 3 separate vehicles from UHAUL in the last 60 days, and I just paid almost $600 for the last truck. Which, by the way, I was over charged for so therefore I am requesting that money back. I can prove these overcharges with my bank statements. I am also requesting that my business relationship with UHAUL is not terminated considering I did nothing wrong except park in a handicapped spot. It would be extremely difficult for me to move all of my things out of the UHAUL storage unit, as they have requested that I do, considering I am a single mother who works full time and I don't have the means, equipment or time to move it all out of BOTH my storage units right now. Especially because I've now learned that every UHAUL location is refusing to rent any truck or storage unit to me over these insane accusations. Lastly, I was promised one free months rent if I used UHAUL's equipment or rented a truck. I have done so on 3 separate occasions and I never received a free month, even though I've asked about it more than once and was ignored. Tha
We selected no contact pickup, required to stand in line behind 3 other groups of customers despite already reserving and being instructed that could just "come in and pick up key". One uhaul worker at the counter for 3 groups of people, 4 workers hanging out in the back shop, never assisted. Worker operating counter by himself very rude, never apologized for long wait, never asked coworkers to assist, and did not seem in a rush to help all customers waiting for long period of time.

The customer service was AWFUL! I was over. Charged after filling up the gas rank more than I was supposed to!! The manger said he'll fix it whenever just a horrible experience will not be back

More front desk associates to speed wait times
After waiting in line, I went to the counter to be checked in. I was running a little late. The person waiting on me was almost finished when the other customer service said we owe this customer a refund and the customer said he had paid in cash. Then the person who waited on me said you need to go to the other line. (Apparently the person waiting on me had the only cash drawer). I was not happy having waited in line and almost through with my transaction I was told to go to another line. When I got to the other line the person behind the counter asking me all the same questions I had just answered in the other line. I asked about it and was told the information didn't transfer. In my opinion what should have happened was the customer service agent should have finished waiting on me then taken the person who needed to be paid in cash.
I used the self check-in option so I could go don to the yard find my saved truck and go. Instead, once I got to the yard, I started the check-out process and was asked for an alternate contact person and their phone #. I was the only one there for the truck so this did not make sense. I entered a 2nd name and # and clicked submit. Each time I did it would re-direct me back to the the same alternate person page. After entering 4 different names and #'s I finally had to go inside to check in with the person on duty. She was nice, but she kept having me retry the submission and each time it would end up with me being redirected to the same page. Finally she stated she could check me in on her side of the equation. After 45 minutes of check in time I finally had my truck. This system is completely useless, and entirely non-user friendly. Even the process of checking in with the attendant could be so much better. Will look for other options when needing to rent a truck next time.
It's my third time to this location, and John and Joe just don't get any friendlier. It's big with lots of equipment in a convenient location. But Wouk fit kill you guys to be kind to customers?
