The lady at the desk was helpful but I was also buying a bunch of cardboard, packing materials, and renting a trailer. I asked if she could help me load the items into my vehicle and she told me to go get a cart. I said well that would cause me to make two trips regardless so I guess I will just carry the stuff out by myself and just make two trips. She decided to help me carry my purchases out to my vehicle. The guy who hooked up my rental trailer was a nice kid and did a good job.WILLIAM C.
I was charged for going over the alloted 61 miles. Looking at maps, the locations are 63 miles apart and that doesn't include stopping at our place to drop things off. Small charge, but ridiculous none the less. Left me frustrated at UhaulDallin H.
The Staff was great, but the truck was the biggest POS that I have ever driven. The cab filled with exhaust while driving, the AC only worked sporadically, the exhaust had steam and smoke coming out while on the freeway, it overheated a couple of times, and the front end could used an alignment. The mirrors bounced constantly while driving. This truck should be decommissioned and it was not safe to drive. ThanksJason B.

When I went and drop of the vehicle the associate who took the keys was very unprofessional and said the F word to me since I didn't bring the vehicle where he told me to after I came inside not knowing I had to leave the vehicle in a certain spot...that was very unprofessional...!ENRIQUE L.
The trailer we rented was super loud and creaky when walking around inside that it made us feel unsure of the integrity of it. The location anger helped us initially during our check in and was not friendly. I was told where to bring it back to drop off the equipment but the driveway so so full with other equipment that it wasn't an option. Also, when returning the equipment, I pulled into the driveway that said "uhaul entrance this way" but got all the way to the end of this long and narrow path only to be blocked by a sideways parked uhaul truck that was purposefully blocking the driveway at the end. This force me, and inexperienced trailer tower, to have to BACK out of the driveway, at night, onto a busy main street! It was by the grace of God I didn't hit anything or anyone. If they are going to block the driveway at night, it needs to be known during the initial renting of the equipment, as well as locking the driveway at the street entrance, not what you get all the way to the end of the driveway. Due to all of the above mentioned, I will never rent from this location againJoshua S.

I picked up and returned a uhal at the same location! My pick up experience was NOT great! The man was not very welcoming, didn't take the time to clearly explain or make me feel that I can even ask questions without making me feel as if i should already know (E.g., something as simple as â€œyour KEYS are in the uhaul that's out in front WAITING for youâ€, instead I received â€œgo through this door and you'll find your uhaulâ€). The overall interaction at the counter made me feel as if I was less of a human. I left this location wondering was I treated this way because I'm a young female? This was my first time using a uhaul truck and due to the subpar customer service, I felt as if I should have known everything prior to walking in! My drop off experience was AMAZING! A young man came out to greet me and check the uhaul! He was very welcoming and didn't make me feel less of a person! Very happy with my drop off experience! I am only giving an average rating because of my drop off experience. If it wasn't for the young man, my overall rating would be MUCH lower!!Natalie T.
The extremely poor attitudes obviously start from the top and work down. The manager John is just not friendly or personable. No hello, thank you or anything. I will go out of my way to find another location before renting here again.Randy K.

Overall the service was very good. Everyone was pleasant, you had the motorcycle trailer I needed, and the process was efficient. When I got home to load my motorcycle, though, the trailer popped up off the ball and everything (bike and me) kind of slammed to the ground because the entire trailer tipped nose-up. Thankfully the only damage was to the kickstand of the bike.. my Jeep was not damaged and I just had a sore wrist for a couple of days. I'd recommend having a chat with your team to make sure they know to twist that latch down all the way so that ball can't pop out..Soloman P.
Issue 1: I was nearly an hour late picking up the cargo van as my prior appt. ran significantly longer than expected. I apologized when checking in and was told my reservation was cancelled. I grew upset advising no one had notified me via text, email, or call and was told he was just kidding. Issue 2: The van smelled heavily of exhaust from when I first entered the vehicle until I turned it in. The brakes were also spongy, this is not safe. Issue 3: Upon turning my vehicle in, there was a line of 4 trucks being returned. After a 30 minute wait in line, I walked to the check in area and found a rep to assist me. He walked back to the vehicle to do the inspection. During this time he kept looking over to an upset customer by the propane tanks and was clearly upset by the interaction he had with him. At first I thought he was speaking to me as he said, "fucking customers". When I asked him to repeat himself he told me about how the gentleman was upset because he wasn't given as much propane as another customer. Never in my life have I experienced such inexcusably rude customer service. I have a storage locker at this facility and will actively be looking for another facility to give my business to. The layout of the parking lot/pickup area can be a bit confusing. The "equipment return" location is clearly labeled, but I wasn't entirely sure where I needed to be for pickup after I checked in at the counter inside. Other than that, experience was great! The employees I dealt with were all very helpful and pleasant to work with.Matthew S.
