It was the only truck at this location. Truck didn't seem to have been cleaned from last use. Oil change was showing 0%, which means the truck was not maintained properly. The truck did make the trip without issue.
Don MIf it wasn't for two small Uhaul trailers the place looked abandoned. The location wasn't open when I dropped the trailer off so I used the app but the cell signal wasn't good so I had to drive down the street to get a good signal and complete the drop-off.
Andrew KI was given a truck that was below and quarter tank and was told I would be given a fuel credit to get I above 3/4. I drove it maybe 15 miles and then spent over $100 getting the tank above 3/4. Afterwards on my receipt I saw I only received a $10.00 girl credit.
James SBusiness didn’t even plow after a snowstorm so returning the truck was a nightmare. Having to climb through snow banks to take pictures of a truck is ridiculous. If you are going to be a “uhaul pickup/drop off” location you should at least do it right. Also the 24/7 truck share drop off process is absolutely not user friendly.
