Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMichual was the absolute best!!!!
Devin SI was not happy with the rental pickup my quote that I received doubled when i went to pick up the truck. I ended up having to pay over double what was quoted. I would like a call to explain why this happened. the customer service rep was very unprofessional and could not explain this to me either.
Zach HCarl was easy to work with and super helpful. Thanks for the local info and the warm welcome to Colorado!
Chris WI want to make sure that you understand that I am not a complainer and I speak quite literally that I provide this rating because so many things were wrong with the experience. First off, the U-haul location that I visited was A gas station. This is OK, except they do not understand trailers in the least. Person who needed to hook it up didn't even understand how to do it. Also, he did not speak English. They also put insurance on my order, which I did not ask for, and I'm currently fighting to get that money back period last, because these vehicles weren't well maintained, I had a blowout on the highway. That was very dangerous and led to a long delay. This was a horrible experience.
