The owners are quite terrible. For a local use rental, I was asked to park 1/4 mile away and walk back to the truck, and walk back after returning. I parked the truck where I was told, and was then told to move it or be charged an extra $25. They also run a gas scam which tricks rental customers into paying 40 cents per gallon higher than the local average. My recommendation would be to remove all U-Hauls from this location. I will never do business there again, and will recommend to anyone who inquires to go anywhere but here.

MARIA FStaff were friendly and informative at pickup and dropoff. (same location) Having rserved vehicle online, the onsite process was easy and went quick. Staff made sure to point out things like vehicle number, noting fuel level, and making sure the vehicle size was right for my need; they showed me all the different size vehicles they had onsite
