I dropped off the truck after hours on a Friday evening, key in the drop box. This location states they are open on Saturdays. I passed by this location on Sunday AM, the truck had been moved to a different spot. I received a phone call from them on Monday night after 8:30pm asking if we were going to return the pads as we are liable for payment. I informed her they were folded in the rear of the truck. She stated that she had just started checking the truck in and they were not there. I let her know when I dropped the truck off, and that I saw it had been moved, so obviously someone had the keys before her. She stated that she would check, but if they were not found we are liable for $96.00. Obviously, they found the pads because I received a final bill on Tuesday AM.(extra mileage) Calling a customer after 8:30 pm on a holiday weekend is not acceptable. Whoever removed those keys from the lock box should have checked the truck in.

jackie fWhen we picked up the truck it was very dirty on the outside with dried mud caked on the truck ! We took pics of it cause the photo part of the app was not working!! I have these photos also if needed . The cargo of the truck was not swept out either . I suggest anytime a truck needs to be picked up that these places are open and available for help if needed!!! Using the app was frustrating and not user friendly.
