The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He held a personal conversation while the lobby was full of customers and then continued to be rude. This was not the location I chose I was switched to this location as well as the truck I requested by uhaul and I asked for a smaller truck like i originally requested he said he had nothing but the other lady working said they did. He's just very unprofessional and has a nasty tone. Very dissatisfied with the level of service I received.TEMEKA D.

Make sure rental equipment is checked thoroughly before renting to next customer. We were provided a different trailer than the original one. Always be sure of what you are getting as a customer.MICHAEL J.
Stop treating the customer like they are the ones in the wrong. First time I ever used UHaulnand had so much trouble and everyone around that area that caused the trouble lied and the field manager took their side. Poor customer service! In the industry the customer is always right. Will never be using uhaul again and I will make sure to let EVERYONE I know that uhaul doesn't trust the customer let alone believe them.JOSEPH C.
I specifically contacted a uhaul closer to where I was located so I wouldn't have to drive any distance to pick up or drop off. I was very disappointed that my reservation was relocated to a uhaul further away. I'm turn I ended up paying much more in mileage than I should have but I'm sure that why it was done so y'all could charge more.STACI F.
The truck we drove was old. It sounded like the transmission was going out. You would think they would have dependable vehicles on the road. I was so afraid we wouldn't make it to our designation, there and back. Definitely need new and reliable vehicles.FREDDIE W.

Manager corrected an employee at the counter next to us and it was not professional at all. If an employee does something wrong correct the issue and talk to them in private. We also had an issue with a light not working on the tow dolly so the lady helping us on the yard got the same Manager to come look.. He came out and looked, wiggled a few wires and got it to work. He was in no hurry and it appeared we were inconveniencing him. Just not a professional experience this time.CYNTHIA G.

I was pleased with everything up until the day I was suppose to pick my truck up. This is was not my initial location but because the truck wasn't delivered to the first location I chose I had to rush to Gulfport on the day I was to pick the truck up. The lady that helped me from customer service took care of me though! I shouldn't have been charged for the extra mileage on the truck because this was not my faultCorey S.
Upon picking up my rental it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone i dealt with was very nice and answered all of my questions before purchasing. The woman i dealt with explained to me that my rental was $19.95 a day for 3 days and 29cents a mile...i told her where i was going and she calculated the mileage. While signing i asked her why the price went up so much and she explained because i was going back and forth to Hattiesburg, but it could be less depending on mileage used... i again asked ok so it's 29 cents a mile and $69 rental for three days and she said yes. Upon returning my rental the gentleman tells me the rate changed to $79 a day and charged at .29 a mile after the first 100 miles...none of this was explained to me when checking out the first time. He was very nasty and dismissive as i tried to understand why there was so big of a price difference than what was discussed. I will never ever use this uhaul facility again and he was on the phone taking a personal call while there were other customers besides me waiting to be helped. This was extreme poor communication skills and training aa they are telling people different information and prices. The lady i booked my reservation with over the phone told me the same thing over the phone as the woman in office that i dealt with. This gentleman at pickup reined the entire experience for me. Had he been nicer and more accommodating this would have not been the case, but so will never use this site again.DARLENE L.
Charged me for gas and it was where I was supposed to be. $8.80 for 4 gallons. It was on 3/4 when I picked it up and on 3/4 when I dropped it off. Also the windshield leaks.ROBERT W.

We had never rented before and didn't know the process for drop off. When we pulled up the guy was on his cell phone and never got off of it. He talked real low and you couldn't hear him. He checked the back and said park it over there. Then go inside for your receipt. Not very informative or inviting to ask questions.Scott C.
Had a nail in tire could have picked up anywhere of course and i know i did but when they came to fix tire was told the other tire was cracked and he wished he had two tires so he could replace other one too of course he never checked other's side i should have stopped at their shop and had them all replaced instead of worrying for 2 days after loosing 4 hrs trying to find who to call another 3 hrs for them to get there and replace . They need to have a person that is responsible enough for tire safety i told the man at return store about tires but i doubt they had tire replaced i got there just before closing time most likely forgot by next morning , the people like me who rent your equipment or not tire experts nor or any of your normal employees please post this so others may start to at least look for cracked tires or other defects other than dents etc. also not everone knows hot to download picture's i toke picture of dents to fender and lots of rust but tires no never crossed my mind needed to git out of way of next person waiting on trailerMERVIN Z.
