Making check out easier because they saying j didn't drop off the truck and I drop off the same day so I'm waiting to see if they charge me wrong because that wouldn't be correct.

patricia aFirst of all, the person who made my reservation didn’t make it clear that this was a self check in at this location. I was a little apprehensive at first but it turned out just fine. It was a busy weekend for U-Haul I understand. The vehicle ( 10 ft box truck) drove and ran fine. That being said, the interior was filthy !! , dog hair everywhere and dog slobber on every inch of the windows and the dash was very dusty and dirty with garbage in the cabin. If we hadn’t needed the truck that day we wouldn’t have rented it. I’ve rented from U-Haul many times before and never experienced such a dirty vehicle. Have a nice day.
