MITCHELL OMy comments have nothing to do with the location of where I picked up or dropped off. It is due to my experience of renting through U-Haul. I made my reservation a few weeks ahead of needing the vehicle. I received a call two days before telling there was no vehicles available in my area. The closest van was a 3 hour round trip. At this point I have no choice but to take the van. I am unable to secure a van at any other place. This business practice is unethical. For not only my, but others who had to meet me so I could my vehicle back I was given a $50 credit. I will never use Uhual again. I am also doing my best to spread the word to anyone I know about this experience.
Chad BThe alignment on the truck was terrible, the door leaks when it’s raining.
BRIESHA GTwo unfriendly, loose dogs inside the shop. Worker took the truck to repark it across the street without saying anything. My personal items were in the cab when he drove off. He was also smoking while driving the truck.
