This location, as stated by the people working there, does not support the 24/7 pickup. I scheduled online for a 5:30pm pickup and was lucky people were still around to rent the truck. Truck was clean and well-maintained, but the location wasn't the easiest place to pickup a truck.

Unit was clean and appeared well maintained when I picked it up. Shop helped me test all lights and they worked. Brakes on the other hand not so much. Brake controller showed the trailer as disconnected even when all hooked up. F350 tow vehicle had no issue stopping the trailer once we had it loaded. Had it showed up prior to loading then we would have switched. As I tow a 5th wheel, I know the brake controller works.. Laymen's great to deal with and love their dogs..

The woman who handled truck rental was very nice but failed to inform me that the truck I was renting was not available. I rented and paid for 26ft truck well in advance. I was told by Uhaul last minute that the closest 26ft truck available was 1 1/2 hours from my home. I had to settle for a 20ft truck which forced me to leave valuable items behind. In addition, I was told that I would be given an extra day for the inconvenience but was charged for it any way even though I didn't use the extra day. This store needs to be open longer during weekdays and offer weekend hours.

This location is first and foremost an auto and truck service garage in a more industrial neighborhood of the city. You may have to ignore the grime and the clutter, but the service itself is excellent. No complaints regarding availability and quality of the vehicle. I rented a cargo van with limited miles in great condition. Everything worked as advertised. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking to rent a similar vehicle.

The morning I returned the truck, there was a lot going on. The location is on narrow streets. I wandered around and found help. From there on, everything went smooth and the employees were all excellent.

Location was closed when my daughter got there to return the truck. She couldn't find the drop box for the key. She left the truck there and returned the next day with the key. They were very nice and understanding about it.
