Even though I marked, yes, truck was a lot clear than the one previous. It had very little debris in the back.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMrs Layman was very nice and helpful. Even when I needed the U-Haul for a second day. Getting the U-Haul and taking it back was fast and had no problems at all. Good service is hard to find these days!
Holly SDo these units not have jacks on the tongue? That would be helpful.
Michael CNone! Very friendly people and hassle free transaction.
Michael LWhat a contrast between the Uhaul location in Charleston and the drop off location in Harrisonburg. The location was a fenced in impound lot with a small driveway adjacent to it, apparently to receive no more than two uhaul vehicles. It seemed like the wrong place to drop off the truck because there were no other uhaul trucks there. There was a trailer on the left side of the driveway with uhaul signs on the bottom. That was the only was I was 50% sure I was in the right place.
