My Rental Experience with this Location was Superb!!! Excellent customer care and they went above and beyond to help me through a few hiccups I had moving, as well as, recommending a great local car wash to avoid the cleaning costs upon return. THANK YOU KEN and staff for your amazing service and care during what was a very stressful move. You were the light in the dark of what was a difficult thing to be doing and My Little Family appreciates all the care and assistance you provided!!! Uppal SThe thing I don’t like is UHaul charges a lot to leave a trailer in the NWT. It is significantly less to drive 3 hours back to High Level Alberta and drop it off. This is not only unfair to the customer but also not fair to Ken ….. the UHaul representative in Hay River NWT
DALE FThis place went above and beyond to ensure it got a truck for my move. It is a 5 hour drive from my original move place to get to this place. The truck definitely needed to be swept out, the front tires needed to be changed out.
