Because I'm not very familiar driving that large of a truck I was not impressed with a boat parked behind me. I had to go back and forth quite a few times worries I was going to hit it. Otherwise loved it. Knowing it snowed it's be a good suggestion to tell people to bring a scrape to remove the snow too. Thanks!
The office we used was great.the problem was with uhaul company. I reserved a truck in ely mn, the reservation was then moved to Virginia mn, and then to Hibbing, which was far from the route we needed to take. I was on hold at one point for more than 2 hours. Uhaul- not the hibbing office was almost impossible to contact.

The grounds and office are messy but the staff is friendly. I had reserved my U Haul via their website so going to pick it up was fast and easy.
Trailer had trash (ripped up boxes). Otherwise it was ok.
Looked like a graveyard.

They were fantastic I explained all the issues and they said they were going to have it looked at before they rented it to somebody else definitely a cute small little location but they were very helpful and very kind!
Very nice owner & wife. Appreciated adding miles as we had to drive further to pick up the truck. Had requested pick up in Grand Rapids but truck ended up in Hibbing but both places were super helpful & understanding.
Trailer does not fit a two inch ball very good. Lots of play in the ball.
I don't have a vehicle at the time and I was 3 hours late which I had called and let them know due to possible heat stroke and was told it wasnt a problem brought it back full on gas clean and gave back keys only to be told I owed him 50 extra after 75 already paid...realized my wallet was taken...than sitting in his shop waiting 45 min for a ride back to town since I couldn't pay for a cab...only to find out now he is charging me for two days for the extra three hours they said was fine due to an emergency...if I would of known I was charged the extra day I wouldnt of had to sit an extra 45 min for a ride....very disappointed
I was referred to Dave's Hi Wave Storage to rent a UHaul. I myself now highly recommend it as well. Excellent customer service.
Well....the trailer that we rented blew out the tire after only being in the road for 1 hour 15 minutes. We sat on the side of the road for 2 hours and during this 2 hour wait my husband notice something wrong with the axel of the trailer. The tires were not lined up correctly. When uhaul called to see if we got back on the road I mentioned that yes we were on the road but we noticed something definitely wrong and asked if we could leave it after we were done because we didn't feel comfortable towing it. We were told we would have to pay extra. (Who cares about our safety). When we got to our destination we brought it to a uhaul rep and he said we aren't going anywhere with this trailer as the leaf springs are broken and we are lucky it made it. I don't think the place we rented it from checked it out at all!

Dave was awesome! Reserved a truck for us and everything was as he said it would be. We appreciated his friendliness and the way he conducted his business. Met Duane when we dropped the truck off and he was just as friendly and awesome. A great company to do business with!!

It is overpriced and even though I put gas in I still got charge for fuel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Inspect all the tires! Make windshield washer fluid works. Rent a diesel
Dropped off truck a day early, under mileage, and with more gas then I started. Took the key in and told the gentleman I was here to drop my truck, he said "just leave the key on the desk" I asked if he would check the truck for mileage and gas to which he responded "no your fine". Then I get an e-mail that he charged me for a couple gallons of gas even though I had replaced more gas then I was supposed to. They shouldn't be a representative for U-Haul.
Friendly helpful people, regular hours,& Dave went the extra mile and lent me a hitch - there's no room to improve; you're doing great. Glad you're in this business.
sure wish I could have picked up at the different location that I reserved at. Not much discount for changing location not by my choice.
Supposed to open at 8:00 Am. No one there at 9:00 Am. The place looked like a junk yard.
