Computer was down. (Caused This Problem) Was told no way to manually rent anything. Sunday, 9:05 am, I went to the Hobbs, UHaul to rent a utility trailer for one day use. A couple of lady customers together and one Lady by herself in front of me. Was politely informed that they had computer problems. Approximately 30 minutes after I had gotten there another male customer arrived. All three ladies were finally taken care of, approximately30, 40 minutes later. Then the employee in charge, took the man that came in 30 minutes after me, and took care of his needs, (car Dolly). I was as polite as I could muster, when ask what I needed. No good expectation could be given. I was taken care of, but my insides were still turning. I told the employee I understood computer problems could happen. That was not the problem, the problem was the employee waiting on the man that came in 30 minutes after I did. I worked for a service company for over 40 years, and this was a big, no, no. Word of mouth with bad service, can multiple many times over. I told employee that computers can really help a business, but I can not talk to the computer, I have to talk to the employee and that they are what represents the company I'm seeking service with, for there products they offer. This business needs to train and show its employees how to handle situations, when the computer does go down, be it manually, or thru their other associates. Yes I will be back, and no I will not voice this complaint to other Friends, Relatives, etc. Not sure this will stand if it happens a second time. Thank you,

Better costumer service and communication between the upper and lower management. Desk people were unable to preform basic duties without having to call/text their manager. Something that should have taken 15 minutes took 3 hours. Very disappointed with the quality of service received.

Treatment from male white employee was very rude in a manner which he insisted rental was late and we needed to pay for the extra day which previous to return was cleared by customer service and advised rental was not late. Male employee did not want to return funds as directed by manager so manager had to return herself to correct issue. Manager made comment to imply male employee was racist towards Mexicans and blacks. This type of employee should not work for a company such as Uhaul if individual is truly racist as this company deals was many customer of different races

I made the reservation on the Internet. When I arrived the reservation said I had ordered blankets which I did not need. That mistake was my fault I am sure. The personnel were outstanding and what could have been a stressful situation was handled very professionally and I was on my way.

I had to get a jump start twice for seven mile turn around. The A/C doesn't blow cold nor cool at all. I am waiting on them to open so I can let the Manger J know. Highly not please at all. I wish the truck match his service because that was the only thing great!

I was over charged. When they fixies it they charged me again. I had to go back in and asked about they cherged me again. They manager to me I would get a refund.but I didn’t have extra money for being double charge and I will have over draft fees because your manager was nOT front about what he was doing when he double charged me. When I went back in and asked me. He kinda laugh and said that all he could do. I asked if he was going to cover my over draft fees. He laughed. Bad business. Will never use agaian or recommend it anyone or my friends. Was over charge and laughed it. Need to be upfront and professional

My only issue was not with the U-Haul dealership. My issue was that U-Haul told me that my request for a 15 ft Truck and the day before pickup I was told they had no trucks available. I was forced to use a trailer and all the attendant issues of borrowing a truck to pull it.

The young man that helped me was really great. Very good customer service. And in Hobbs, NM this is rare sometimes.
