Upon arrival at rental location, uhaul representative advised me that “your rental was just given to those guys leaving”. Uhaul rep gave away my reservation without notice or approval. I was provided a 10’ truck instead of the 15’ that I was reserved, however, I was unable to move large items requiring a ramp and I had to do multiple trips for my move instead of one. Terrible experience. Uhaul representative presented the situation as if it was my fault he gave away truck i reserved to someone else.

I did not have a reservation, and just decided to walk in at the last minute to do a quick move of some items. Luckily they had a van available.The process was quick and easy, and I was on my way within minutes. Drop off was just as quick and easy. The staff member was friendly, helpful and took care of matters in a professional & expeditious manner.

This was a great rental experience. The guy checking me in was very friendly and the cargo van worked out perfect. My only (minor) complaint is that there wasn't any windshield washer fluid so I wasn't able to see out my windshield, for a minute, until the rain washed the dirt away.
