The van I reserved was unavailable, and they took a while to assign me another one. They should have a backup plan ready if a vehicle is unavailable. The van they gave me had a damaged parking brake. I was told to use it anyway since it worked.

App does not work in this location due to large buildings and industrial obstruction. Could not self check in or self check out. Staff at location also had difficulty completing check out. Final duration at checkout was 24 hours and 15 minutes. Resulted in additional charge that was +40 % over original estimate.
