I truly am disappointed with myself that I can not remember the name of the team member that assisted me but I want to say that he truly went above and beyond to help. Even so far as to Google maps a destination for me (he could've just advised me to use Google maps). He recognized that I wasn't from the area and did all he could to help me. I'm truly impressed with the quantity of your various size rentals. Every place else was totally sold out due to low inventory of rentals. Lastly, each vehicle is throughly sanitized between customers I witnessed this happening firsthand. My entire rental experience was extraordinary from pick up to return. The staff there are doing an impeccable job. Thank you for saving my event. I was able to get all of my decor, props, etc to its destination because of this facility. KudosTERA J.

We unfortunately did not check the fuel gauge and the level was not as stated on the rental agreement. A mistake that cost us $20. In the future we will check every aspect of the rental. I am extremely disappointed in the service received in this issue. This is the third week we have rented a van and the first time we have had an issue of any kind.PATRICIA G.

Please make the website usable, because the hold time was WAY too long! I was on hold for almost 60 minutes, and while I can understand this, the option of the website is given and it does not even work. If the website worked the process would be way less stressful...also, we were not given clear instructions on where to drop off the vehicle so return was a huge hassle! On the document the wrong time was written too. Thank you for considering these improvements.HITEN P.

They need to find a place to fill UHaul with gas. Hard to be all ready to go ask worry about running out of gas. Down town houston really tough for everyone on gas as there just aren't any gas stations downtown. I did have maybe a quarter of tank when received but in less than 5 miles that was approaching E. Gauge may need calibrating. Only drove vehicle less than 20 miles and spent $25 on gas?SCOTT C.

The new 24/7 service was seamless, but the employees who were on site still made sure to be friendly and helpful. I arrived just after 9am and it took me over an hour to get the van I had rented for the day. The requirements for self-check in were extremely stringent (requiring my employer or alternate contact to answer the phone immediately on Memorial Day weekend was stressful and unreasonable) and the line was incredibly long with not enough staff working to check-in or answer questions. There was no customer parking available that morning so I had to pay for parking at a nearby lot.Lauren C.

Staff was efficient. I really appreciate that when I turned in the dolly about 45 minutes after closing hours, an employee was still available who offered to perform the check-in. I did not appreciate that I was put on-hold for over 30 minutes when calling Customer Service to speak with a call center based u-haul representative. They were helpful when did finally answer and provide assistance.Max B.
