JANIERO HAside from the truck having 108k miles, the drivers door could not be unlocked from the outside. I had to enter from the passenger side and climb over every time I entered the truck. I learned when I returned the truck that the staff knew this and rented it to me without any notice.
KEVIN SService was terrible. The staff was not helpful and acted bothered by my presence.
PASHA JThe truck ran fine BUT that was it. Stains on the interior top and bottom. Torn seat. Seat cover kept popping off. Worn steering wheel. Uhaul sign on glove compartment gone…like it was torn off. Unfortunately I have rented several times in the last several months and this truck was unacceptable. Should not be in service.
