The U-Haul’s location was very inconvenient, and the online information did not specify its exact whereabouts. When I attempted to check in through the app, it did not work. I had to contact customer service and be guided through the process because of the faulty app, and ultimately had to use mobile internet instead. This was a significant waste of time. I was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 8:30am, but I did not leave with it until after 9:15am., after receiving the code and obtaining the key. In addition, the U-Haul was extremely dirty. There were chips all over the floor and cotton swabs with a red substance— which I hope was lipstick and not blood—left in the cup holders. The experience was very unpleasant, and I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Erin BThis location is not a good drop-off location. The orange key return lock box is located inside of a business with closing hours which is not accessible in later hours when I returned the vehicle. This location seems to work better as pick-up only. The Uhaul representative was able to assist me in returning the keys as there was not any physical personnel available to assist.
