Horrible and they charged extra for gas and things I didn’t pay for. A burger was left in the truth and also the back was full of dirt

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI waited for more than 30 minutes to get the key, no one was at the door. I also tried to call them but no one picked up. It was a disaster. When I tried to return the truck, they tried to charge me for the full tank of gas (172$) even though I only drove it for 15 miles!!! The whole trip was a disaster.

Shuntea HThe truck was very old, worn out and barely moving. No AC, gas was on E and only had few miles worth of gas! Not washed or cleaned at all. On top of that, I was charged "safe-move" $15 while I declined the insurance when I was reserving. I need my refund on that asap.
Zahraa ATerrible experience with their billing and customer service. I rented a truck and only drove exactly 5 miles, but I was charged for 12 miles. I immediately contacted customer support and provided clear evidence of my actual mileage. The representative assured me that the issue was resolved and that my bill had been corrected. However, when the final charge went through, I was STILL charged for the 12 miles. It is completely unacceptable to be overcharged, but it's even worse when customer service makes false promises and fails to actually fix the issue.
