It took over 25 mins for the rep to do the verification after I arrived at the U-Haul. The website wouldn't let me add contacts saying their numbers were on the reservation, and they weren't. The U-Haul wasn't cleaned.

Jose OThe location did not intend to have any trucks for hire because the representative was out on leave. This was not reflected in the online management system that assigned the truck for rental leaving a very confusing pick-up scenario as my wife was also trying to pick up the rental that I made and everything must be done through the app coordinated with my phone alerts. Ultimately, someone was able to help at the pick-up location, but it was less than ideal. The location did not know we were coming and no moving blankets were available.
