The app was not working right which took us 45 minutes to get the truck. The truck was not very clean and the AC did not work at all !!! And it was a very hot day. It rained at times and the windshield wipers did not work well. It was a terrible experience overall.

Jennifer SThe AC did not work; the day was extremely hot. That, coupled with the cab being hot because of the engine (per the notice on the dashboard) made for an extremely uncomfortable ride. Terrible actually. Would have been nice to have AC as advertised. The lock for the gate was bent and could not be closed. This presented with challenges in ensuring our valuables were securely stored while away from the vehicle. Both issues are certainly preventable. Will not recommend this location to anyone else.
