Glenda W.Rep working in the front desk “male†has poor customer service. Stated store was close during business hours as we walked in and it was 2 hours before closing time that is actually listed on website. Then when we asked to switch truck he refused which resulted in us contacting customer service over the phone who also had an issue with rep just not cooperating and prolonging the process due to his own personal feelings. The truck was very shaky and needed service; it was very hard to accelerate and just drove poorly over all.
