Upon return of the equipment, you were busy but service should have been provided in a timely manner, as per customer. Instead, we were required to wait a very long time while service was provided to other customers. Finally, after becoming totally frustrated, we unhooked the trailer, informed customer service and then left the facility. If you cannot handle the volume of customers, at this location then maybe you need to hire additional staff.

Remove the 6630 Pendleton Pike Indianapolis, IN location for reserving online. There is no point in having that location in the online selection when there is not staffed. The customer has to travel further down the road to a different location just to have all information transferred when checking in to rent a truck. What could have been an in and out process could have took 5 minutes ended up being 30 minutes.

The process of pickup was ridiculous. Your listing showed address of 8550 Pendleton Pike. I go there itâ€™s only a storage facility. I called customer service they gave me a run around, forcing me to download the app, telling me i will get a code to pick up keys, etc. there are no vehicles at this location. I get a confirmation after signing up/checking in online and it gives the address down the street of the 6800 Pendleton Pike. It was the dumbest run around. They need to get this process to be more cohesive and you all need to update your online listings and your yellow page listings. It was the most inconvenient process.

The worker said the f word, truck was filthy, the $20 advertisement is false, I ended up pay $90 for 2 hours which is ridiculous! You can get a nice truck at enterprise for $80 the entire day! I will never use U-Haul again.

It was a really old vehicle. It got the job done I can say that yet it had a lot of noises and it just needs to be renewed. I wouldnâ€™t take it for a long drive because it sounded that the engine was going to blow up

From the person I first placed my reservation with to the location I picked up from and the broken trailer they gave me; it was a shit show, start to finish.

Pricing is awful. Rates and quotes were not the same even though parameters were. They couldn't tell how much I was initially charged when I dropped off my vehicle and then tried to say I owed almost $300 more. I was told incorrect information by the customer service agent over the phone about charges if I extended my vehicle drop off time by 10 hours. The mobile pickup is great but it seems like there's still many bugs in the system that need to be worked out.

You can make sure that the equipment is working properly. Due to the owner stepping in I was charged us for 1 day instead of two. The door not closing made the move more stressful. Roadside assistance come's out and could not determine why the door was not closing. They eventually cut the cables which made it hard to open to get my belongings out. Once I got to my new home, I had to get a neighbor to help me open the door so I can unload the truck.

you all get an A+ on communication, customer service...! Everything went smooth as silk. The only thing I would consider changing is how your moving helpers are rated (might not be your dept). We started with one group that had 4/5 rating on your site, but reviews online were scary. We changed to another company that was outstanding

I thought the appliance mover and moving pads were in the truck like they use to be, turns out this has stopped. Caused me to have to drive all the way to tge store again to pick these up, wasted time when I could have been moving.

Work on customer relations.When I arrived, the lady who served me was chatting with another customer who was being serviced by another employee. This personal, non-business related, conversation continued while I stood there waiting. Ok, friendly with the customers, understandable, so I waited. When she finally decided I should be helped she continually to interrupted my check-in to keep chatting with that same customer until I asked her to concentrate on helping me. She was visually upset, but to her credit, remained professional. You have a policy of photographing ID. In this case my driver's license. I do not want some random person making copies of my personal information so I offered her my work ID and contact info instead. She insisted on the license until the manager (i assume) told her it was OK. Returning the truck: There i a sign at check-in that says stay in the truck and you will be helped. I waited in the truck. I waited some more and then some more. I finally went inside for help and the guy seemed irritated that a customer would interrupt his other duties (some sort of paperwork) to ask for assistance. Throughout all of this there was not one "sorry for the inconvenience" or any acknowledgement of any service problem. Business as usual? Blinded by routine? I have no idea, but I would definitely not recommend to a friend. Too many other options near by. Thank you for this opportunity to air my complaint.

Being a first time customer, I was not given any informative information about how to open and close the latch, move the seat forwards and backwards or what to do when I am done with the truck. When I returned the truck and informed them the seat was broken and could not be moved they replied they already knew about that. From picking up my uhaul and dropping it off I was unsatisfied with their customer service.
