Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI'm not sure if it is a U-Haul problem or a problem with this location, but I don't see the point in completing the paperwork online to make a reservation and then have to do it again on site. It was like starting from scratch. You confirmed my rental (after trying to send me 50 kilometres farther away) so you had all my information, all that was needed was my drivers licence to confirm identity and a credit card for payment. There was one person working, and she was running the convenience store at the same time trying to complete my rental with a person on the phone. No issue with her, she did a good job, but the system is problematic. When I returned the vehicle 3 1/2 hours and 24 kilometres later I provided the mileage, but they insisted I needed to provide trip meter info as well. When you have the mileage out and the mileage in, what more do you need? Maybe fewer, better staffed locations would be a good idea. Not the easiest transaction I've had with U-Haul. Again, not an issue with the employee on site, just your process.
Terry TWhen we dropped truck off, they had nothing in the system about us dropping truck off in Iroquois. Finally after half an hour they did find it. Gave them name, reservation #, and all pertinent info. Don’t know why it was so difficult to check truck I.
Daniel RThere is no supply of vehicles. Took a lot of my time just to rent a vehicle. Costs were not explained well in person on the website. Is it miles or km? As a customer, I am entitled to know this. $1 per whatever seems excessive.
