I am very appreciative of my experience with this location and UHaul in general. I had to pick up my daughters dorm furniture at the last minute due to COVID 19. When the associate learned that I was needing a unit for this reason, she immediately helped get me together with a van and a storage space. This was very much needed at this time. Thank you

You have a good guy there at the uhaul place, he's the black guy bright skinned. That is a good person. I don't know his name but I love his work he is the tall black guy. He is so respectful, great with all help all around, he guides you in and out. He helped with everything. I just got to give it to you guys yall have a good person on yall team. He's the tall guy. I told him I was going to give him a good recommendation about his service.

I really would like it if your company would appreciate the main lady who works at your front desk she is nice to the point she knows how to get it done the hard work and really easy to get along with I think she should get a bonus or a vacation paid for something of an attagirl very grateful for how she does her job.
I reserved a truck and furniture dolly, but there was no dolly at the location when I arrived. The associate led me to believe this occurs regularly. This was a big issue as I planned to move several things by myself with the aid of the dolly.
1. The General Manager, Mr. Bryan Petty, is great and humble, however, the white woman that works for him is very rude and disrespectful. I have made him aware of the problem but no action has been taken. She is costing the Downtown location business and appears to be on some type of mind altering or mood altering substance. She doesnâ€™t have any Customers Service skills or doesnâ€™t care to use them because of the location that attracts the homeless. She Need to realize that everyone that enters the business is not homeless and is a customer that need to be treated with respect. 2. The business is having problems processing business checks that are used to pay monthly storage fees and truck rental fees. I am constantly having to pay by cash/credit cards and return the checks to the Church. Other businesses accept the checks but the U-Haul at the Downtown location. This problem need to be addressed.
