03/30/2021 Robin Collier Jr Was extremely rude, i actually posted a google review but its under my husbands account (accident) Robert Renaud. He actually showed me his name tag and told me to make sure i get his FULL name for the bad review i said i would write. I waited in line for a VERY long time even though my equipment was already paid in full. The store was very busy and yes he did stop to help me while his current customer had to do something (i'm not sure what) but after taking my information he just began talking over me to the people behind me. this made me very upset, why talk over me when he could have just asked me to give him a moment while he helped the previous guest and he'd get right back with me? when i tried expressing that he got very rude and scoffed at me and i got even more upset! he argued back and forth with me and and even laughed at my frustration! he was HORRIBLE !!!!!! so then his co worker (blonde dreads) starts laughing as well and they make a whole thing of it. i spent about $900 in there and the customer service i received was atrocious!!!!! i ended up leaving in tears and i will NEVER return. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Nialoni J.
This was a truly terrible experience. From the gas tank being completely empty on my pick up, to the equipment I PAID ETRA for not being in the truck, and finally charged an extra $50 dollars upon return. This is the worst moving experience I've had, will definitely not be returning.Candace J.
You all storage located on Normandy boulevard was a very well location I was in a situation and U-Haul came through for me every time we employers were very helpful with everything that I needed for the time that I needed the truck and storageCATRINA M.
Make it a more clear about how to drive in and check out. There's a few areas we thought were the office but after getting out of the car and inspecting the area, it wasn't right. We weren't sure where customer parking was compared to the uhaul or employee parking. Also the check out process wasn't clear. I sat and waited for a while before I finally parked the car and went in to try to return. When I spoke with the woman at the front office she said the guys outside would take my keys and check me out. Unfortunately there was no one there so she called someone to come assist me. I would've preferred if there was some sort of sign outside or even if I was told before I took the truck, what happens when I return it, that would have been helpful. I've only ever done an online return which was literally step by step so it was a lot easier and there was always signs for where to park.Megan L.

Still being charged a 198$ Local Non Returnes Fee on A Uhaul that had a blown engine! That's ridiculous. Sat on the highway 2+ hrs, prepaid 150$ to go 100 miles and made it 11!!! How do you find that the customers fault? All I'd like to know.Eric D.

Original drop off location wasn't setup for drop off.. so I was in instructed to bring back to original location which was ok till they told me it was a one way .. retold to bring to different location then, told by that location that they can't take it. Being it was near closing time the lady in front wasn't much help.. only telling me to send it elsewhere and explained that I was to be double charged if I wasn't to make it on time.. luckily last location took me in... fast and friendly..MEANRITH K.

The Uhaul agent was kind, and very knowledgeable. She took care of us quickly and was very professional. She was a blessing in a very stressful time for our family. They called me and told me the truck was missing. They need to make sure they give the right paperwork for the right truck. I wasted a day of calling back and forth all day because their mistake. Even worse they never even called me back to let me know it was resolved. Just sent me a receipt. ANNOYINGZachary H.
I called this location for two days because your 1651 Edgewood Ave W, Jacksonville, FL 32208 location elevator was broken and my rental unit was upstairs and they would not help in no way to get me another unit. I called the above location where I was to drop off the vehicle and trailer on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 and Mike at Normandy advise that he didn't have any units available but that it was the end of the month and one could come available he took my number and called me later to tell me he had a 10x10x10 I tried to call back that location several times was on hold over 3hrs; so I drove to this location. On my arrive no one was in the building and two women was at the front desk. One on her personal phone and the other on the business computer. I stated to the one on her personal phone is this why you guys aren't answering the phone. I proceeded to tell the young lady on her personal phone that Mike stated he had a unit for me and Beth on the computer stated that Mike had left paperwork in my name. Beth was amazing she called 4 customer to see if they still wanted their reservation for a 10x20 there was no go and she put me in the system for the 10x10. As Beth processed the reservation for my 10x10 I had told her about getting a dirty stinky truck from Brandt Pike Dayton Ohio location. Beth stated I could talk with her supervisor Kaitlyn about it my experience. Beth introduce me to Kaitlyn and she was working on a personal vehicle smoking a cigarette. I took several step back and told her about my experience this lady continue to work on the personal vehicle as I told her about my experience she didn't pay me any attention she was only focused on getting this car working. I don't understand why people apply for work but don't. I have to say for the two three locations that I want to I had a horrible experience with but I do want to commend Mike and Beth for doing their job and appreciating what U-Haul has offered them.Juanita J.
