This location provides quality service in every aspect from UBox to trailer to truck to storage rentals. All of these professionals (Jessica, Ms. Shonda, Christina, Jake, Kaitlin, Michael, Trell, Kirk, Beth, Austin, and Mr. Blue) operate in the spirit of excellence. They are cordial they are kind they are compassionate, and they have transferable skills so when someone is not available in one area, there is a representative who can stand in and close the gap in order to meet the needs of the customers. I am Highly satisfied with this location and it does not matter where I move to in Jacksonville. I will always go back to this location because they work to make the Uhaul experience convenient, comfortable and customer-friendly.
