I fully understand that employees need to take a lunch break. Another u-haul dealer located the truck we needed and made the reservation for us for 12:30pm pick up. When we arrived at 12:10pm, the office was closed with a notice saying out to lunch until 1pm. There is no mention on the websites hours that they CLOSE or MAY close from noon to 1pm for lunch. Other than this inconvenience, they were 5⭐️ all the way.

ANNE HEven though I passed four other locations that were closer to my home on the way to return the equipment, none of them were offered as return options. I had to drive to a different county a half hour away to return it when there was a convenient U-Haul location within a mile of my home. Not a customer friendly way to do business. But who else is there?
